Who doesn’t like cookies? I don’t know of anyone. Of course they can be a guilty indulgence, can’t they? But you have to admit, they do make the world a sweeter place.
I originally created this sweet little Digi Stamp with the intention of using her for a Christmas card. She might possibly, be eating all her cookies, waiting for Santa, while sipping on her favorite Coffee, Mocha, or Frappuccino.
But really…she can be used for anytime of the year!
I printed Cookies Anyone on white cardstock and colored her with Copic markers and water colors (detailed supply list below).
Because my initial thought was Holiday inspired, I stuck to a variation of Holiday colors.
It was the perfect opportunity to use my new Holiday Plaids Digi Paper Pack Collection.
The colors worked perfectly together.
I put my image on a lacey doilie that I die cut from white cardstock. I also embossed another strip of white cardstock to set against the plaid background, and die cut a few cookies just for fun!
I added a sentiment from my “Sweet Sentiments” Collection, a few coordinating paper flowers, and a sheer ivory bow.
And “Cookies Anyone” is finished…
